I finally got somewhat of a chance to catch up on reading some blog posts.
For those who missed it, I spent half of September and all of October at my job in Alaska where I live and work on commercial fishing boats collecting data for resource management. On this particular boat, I had no Internet whatsoever and couldn’t share my favorite posts from October, so this is one big post combining all the posts I’ve missed.
I didn’t get to go through my whole feed of 2+ months of unread blog posts, so if you have a post you’re especially proud of, drop it in the comments below and I’ll check it out! Speaking of dropping things, I’ve updated my book review index today with a handful of new reviews. My next one won’t be a for a little while as 1) I’m writing a long review for one book, 2) haven’t read much generally as I’ve been busy since I disembarked my boat at the beginning of the month and 3) trying to tackle The Count of Monte Cristo and its 1200+ pages… 65% done!
