Life as we know it

Grant and I spent the first two weeks of the month in the UK! You can read about that trip in more detail here:

Brighton and Liverpool

Edinburgh and London

Highlights from the trip include Bonfire Night, Beatles tour, bookshops, Les Miserables, walking tours, museums and seeing my friends for the first time in years.

Now being home, I’m unemployed (by choice) and trying to enjoy this rare time off. I’ve been taking care of random administrative things (money stuff, organizing my computer, etc.) and relaxing. I’m looking for a job now to start in the new year. I’m excited to see what the next step is!

We haven’t been up to much since. We had a low-key Thanksgiving at home with Spanish rice and mulled cider and hanging out with friends when we can. Just biding our time until Christmas in Arizona!
